4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Ad-Supported Access

Veena Music provides both free and paid subscription access:

• Ad-Supported Free Tier: Free access to selected music streams funded through third-party advertising partners including Google AdSense. Users agree to view policy-compliant advertisements during stream sessions.
• Veena Premium Tier: Paid memberships providing ad-free listening, enhanced bitrate streaming, and unlimited playlist creation. Subscriptions auto-renew periodically unless canceled before the billing date.
• Secure Billing: Subscription payments are processed via certified third-party billing providers (e.g. Razorpay). Fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) or localized currencies.

5. Prohibited Conduct

While using Veena Music, you strictly agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to access or harvest data from the service.
• Bypass or attempt to disable digital rights management (DRM), geo-fencing, or advertising mechanisms.
• Post defamatory, abusive, offensive, or copyright-infringing comments or uploads on channel community boards.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with Veena Music.

6. Copyright Complaints & DMCA Policy

We honor intellectual property laws. If you believe your copyrighted work has been improperly shared on our platform, please consult our DMCA & Copyright Policy or send a written notice to our designated copyright agent at info@veenamusiconline.com with complete proof of ownership and specific URL locations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Veena Music and all included media are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that service will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Oriental Audio Visual Electronics, its proprietors, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
